What does fencing do?

• Learning to fence helps you learn to face challenges, gain confidence, solve problems, learn to work with others, and find success  
• Offers you opportunity to train to compete at any level of fencing – local, regional, national, Olympian or international  
• You can begin fencing at any age from Under 10 to over 70.  There are national and international competitions for different age groups. 
• Being a competitive fencer can assist with college admissions and scholarships
